Description
A simple and healthy side dish featuring roasted sweet potatoes with maple syrup and fresh thyme.
Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, maple syrup, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and caramelized.
- Serve warm.
