Ingredients
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Extra coconut for rolling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix marshmallows and shredded coconut.
- Add honey, almond butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Coat each ball with extra shredded coconut.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
