These healthy matcha green tea energy balls are packed with nutrients and provide a quick energy boost. They are easy to make and perfect for snacking.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
- Use a cookie scoop for evenly sized balls.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter.
