Description
A healthy twist on traditional Korean mochi bread using matcha for flavor and nutrients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sweet rice flour
- 2 tbsp matcha powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
- Whisk wet ingredients separately
- Combine wet and dry mixtures
- Pour batter into greased loaf pan
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Cool before slicing
Notes
- Store in airtight container for up to 3 days
- For vegan version, use plant-based milk and egg substitute
- Adjust matcha amount for stronger/weaker flavor
