Description

A creamy and nutritious Mediterranean dip made with beans and tahini, ready in just 5 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Add white beans, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, and salt to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Add water gradually until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with chopped parsley.
  5. Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Adjust salt and lemon juice to taste.
