Description
A light and flavorful yogurt-based dip infused with Mediterranean herbs.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
- Add dried oregano, dried dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in fresh parsley.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
