Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
- Fill pockets with mozzarella and ranch dressing.
- Secure with toothpicks.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer to oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove toothpicks before serving.
