Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
  3. Fill pockets with mozzarella and ranch dressing.
  4. Secure with toothpicks.
  5. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
  8. Transfer to oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Remove toothpicks before serving.
