Ingredients

  • 4 medium onions, peeled and quartered
  • 2 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss onion quarters with olive oil and black pepper.
  3. Roast onions for 20 minutes.
  4. Mix miso paste, honey, and water in a bowl.
  5. Brush miso glaze over onions.
