Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp espresso powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix oats, almond butter, cocoa powder, espresso powder, honey, protein powder, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Stir until well combined.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Roll into small balls.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- For a nut-free version, replace almond butter with sunflower seed butter.
