Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to the pan, stirring for 1 minute.
