Description

A simple and healthy no-knead bread packed with multigrains and seeds for extra nutrition.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups multigrain flour
  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water


Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add warm water and stir until combined.
  3. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 12-18 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) with a Dutch oven inside.
  5. Transfer dough to the hot Dutch oven and bake covered for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove lid and bake for another 15 minutes until golden.
  7. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.

Notes

  • For a softer crust, brush with butter after baking.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Freezes well for up to 1 month.
