Description
A simple and healthy no-knead bread packed with multigrains and seeds for extra nutrition.
Ingredients
- 3 cups multigrain flour
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add warm water and stir until combined.
- Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 12-18 hours.
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) with a Dutch oven inside.
- Transfer dough to the hot Dutch oven and bake covered for 30 minutes.
- Remove lid and bake for another 15 minutes until golden.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
- For a softer crust, brush with butter after baking.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Freezes well for up to 1 month.
