Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 4 cups cooked egg noodles


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Cook until vegetables soften.
  4. Stir in beef broth, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in cooked egg noodles and transfer to a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheeses on top.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese melts and bubbles.
