Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 4 cups cooked egg noodles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Cook until vegetables soften.
- Stir in beef broth, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix in cooked egg noodles and transfer to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheeses on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese melts and bubbles.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Swap egg noodles for pasta if preferred.
- Add diced tomatoes for extra flavor.
