Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in milk, cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
