Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced avocado
  • 1 tbsp sliced jalapeños (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss potato fries with olive oil, salt, paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Spread fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  6. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
