Ingredients
- 500g einkorn flour
- 10g salt
- 5g instant yeast
- 400ml water
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl.
- Add water and stir until combined.
- Cover and let rise for 12-18 hours.
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) with a Dutch oven inside.
- Shape dough and place it in the hot Dutch oven.
- Bake covered for 30 minutes.
- Remove lid and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use a kitchen scale for accurate measurements.
- Adjust water if dough feels too dry or sticky.
- Letting the dough rise longer improves flavor.
