Description
A quick and healthy one-pan meal with chicken, broccoli, and mushrooms. Perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken (about 1 lb)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until browned.
- Add broccoli and mushrooms to the pan.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender and chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh or frozen broccoli.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
