Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz pasta
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and butter, sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in the pasta, heavy cream, beef broth, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley before serving.
