Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 cup mixed berries
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix oats, almond milk, protein powder, and chia seeds.
- Stir well until fully combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top with banana, almond butter, honey, and berries.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- Use gluten-free oats if needed.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
