Ingredients
- 2 large yellow onions, sliced into thick rings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the onion rings with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread them evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy at the edges.
- Sprinkle Parmesan and herbs over the onions.
- Return to the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Serve warm.
