Ingredients

  • 4 medium onions, peeled and quartered
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the quartered onions with olive oil, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the onions evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the onions and roast for another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
