Description
A simple and healthy side dish featuring roasted onions with Parmesan and herbs.
Ingredients
- 4 medium onions, peeled and quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the quartered onions with olive oil, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the onions evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the onions and roast for another 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh herbs if available for better flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
