Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1.5 cups warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Mix flours, salt, and yeast in a large bowl.
  2. Add honey, water, and olive oil. Stir until combined.
  3. Knead dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Shape dough into a round loaf and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 35-40 minutes.
  8. Cool before slicing.
