Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup turkey pepperoni, chopped
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt and knead into a dough.
- Divide dough into small balls and flatten each into a circle.
- Place a teaspoon of marinara sauce, cheese, and pepperoni in the center of each circle.
- Seal the edges and form into balls.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
