Ingredients
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 tbsp pesto
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Spread pesto on one side of each bread slice.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly on one slice.
- Top with the other bread slice, pesto side down.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the sandwich for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
- Serve warm.
