Ingredients
- 10 whole dill pickles, sliced into rounds
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup almond flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat pickle slices dry with a paper towel.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Spread cheese mixture on each pickle slice.
- Roll each pickle slice in almond flour.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
