Ingredients
- 1 cup pistachio butter
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine pistachio butter, oats, honey, chia seeds, coconut, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Mix well until the ingredients stick together.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1-inch in diameter).
- Place the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Substitute honey with maple syrup for a vegan version.
