Ingredients
- 1 cup pistachio butter
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Blend dates in a food processor until smooth.
- Add pistachio butter, oats, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt. Process until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- For a firmer texture, freeze for 1 hour.
- Substitute almond butter if pistachio butter is unavailable.
