Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/4 cup pistachios, shelled and chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a glass or bowl, layer 1/2 cup Greek yogurt at the bottom.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup granola over the yogurt.
- Add 2 tbsp chopped pistachios and 2 tbsp dried cranberries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, granola, pistachios, and cranberries.
- Drizzle honey on top if desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
