Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add bell peppers and mushrooms. Cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in beans, marinara sauce, oregano, and garlic powder.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
