Ingredients

  • 2 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface
  2. Spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on each tortilla
  3. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and cheese evenly
  4. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning
  5. Roll tortillas tightly and slice in half
