Description
A quick and healthy twist on pizza flavors wrapped in a fresh salad wrap.
Ingredients
- 2 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface
- Spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on each tortilla
- Layer lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and cheese evenly
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning
- Roll tortillas tightly and slice in half
Notes
- Use gluten-free tortillas if needed
- Add grilled chicken for extra protein
