Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Transfer the beef mixture to a crock pot.
  4. Add potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, corn, beef broth, salt, pepper, and thyme.
