Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 lemon (juiced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme in a small bowl.
- Rub pork chops with olive oil, then coat with spice mix.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear pork chops for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer to oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
