Description

A healthy gluten-free bread made with psyllium husk for added fiber and texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup warm water


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add eggs, olive oil, and warm water. Stir well.
  4. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Shape into a loaf and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool before slicing.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • For a softer texture, add 1 tbsp honey.
  • Use fresh psyllium husk for best results.
