Description
A healthy gluten-free bread made with psyllium husk for added fiber and texture.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add eggs, olive oil, and warm water. Stir well.
- Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
- Shape into a loaf and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For a softer texture, add 1 tbsp honey.
- Use fresh psyllium husk for best results.
