Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix oats, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add pumpkin puree, almond butter, and honey. Stir well.
- Fold in chopped pecans.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 tbsp each).
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
