Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean beef (or chicken for a lighter option)
  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup reduced-fat cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges


Instructions
