A quick and healthy keto bread recipe that’s easy to make and perfect for low-carb diets.
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs, melted butter, and water. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For a nut-free version, replace almond flour with sunflower seed flour.
- Add herbs or cheese for extra flavor.
