Ingredients
- 8 slices of whole wheat bread, cubed
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish and arrange bread cubes evenly.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, eggs, milk, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Pour mixture over bread cubes, ensuring all pieces are coated.
- Sprinkle blueberries evenly over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can use frozen blueberries if fresh ones are not available.
- For extra sweetness, drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
