Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (low-fat optional)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (whole wheat optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes, then drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine broccoli with the yogurt mixture and half the cheese.
