Ingredients
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add thinly sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened.
- Mix in honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
- Reduce heat to low and cook for 15-20 minutes until onions are caramelized.
