A quick and healthy twist on classic chicken cordon bleu, layered lasagna-style with lean chicken, ham, and cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
- 6 whole wheat lasagna noodles
- 4 slices lean ham
- 1 cup low-fat Swiss cheese
- 1 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Mix yogurt, mustard, and spices in a bowl
- Layer noodles, chicken, ham, cheese, and sauce in baking dish
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
Notes
- Use pre-cooked chicken to save time
- Substitute turkey ham if preferred
