A quick and healthy twist on classic chicken cordon bleu, layered lasagna-style with lean chicken, ham, and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 6 whole wheat lasagna noodles
  • 4 slices lean ham
  • 1 cup low-fat Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Mix yogurt, mustard, and spices in a bowl
  3. Layer noodles, chicken, ham, cheese, and sauce in baking dish
  4. Repeat layers until ingredients are used
  5. Bake for 25 minutes
