Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add black beans, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
