Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add black beans, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour chicken broth over the ingredients.
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken before serving.
