Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp dried lavender
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix almond flour, protein powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add honey, lemon zest, lavender, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Stir until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
- Replace almond flour with oat flour if needed.
