Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, mix the wedges with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot.
