Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1/2 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat. Drain fat.
