Description
A fresh and creamy pasta salad with ranch dressing, perfect for picnics or quick meals.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, ranch dressing, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Toss gently to coat evenly.
- Add cheese and bacon (if using). Mix lightly.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
- Add grilled chicken for extra protein.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
