Description

A simple and healthy red lentil pasta with tomato sauce that’s quick to prepare and packed with nutrients.


Ingredients

  • 200g red lentil pasta
  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the red lentil pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add canned tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Drain the pasta and mix with the tomato sauce.
  5. Serve warm.
