Ingredients
- 1 lb lean corned beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup low-fat Thousand Island dressing
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté cabbage until tender.
- Layer corned beef, sauerkraut, cabbage, and dressing in a baking dish.
- Top with Swiss cheese slices.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
