Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Combine cooked rice and milk in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens.
- Add honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can use any type of rice.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Serve warm or chilled.
