Description
A healthy and flavorful dip made with roasted cabbage and feta cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 200g feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the chopped cabbage with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
- Spread the cabbage on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Let the cabbage cool slightly, then transfer to a food processor.
- Add feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice to the food processor.
- Pulse until smooth or slightly chunky, depending on your preference.
- Serve warm or chilled with your favorite vegetables, crackers, or bread.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Use fresh herbs like parsley or dill for garnish.
