Ingredients
- 1 pound cipolline onions, peeled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the peeled onions with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the onions evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and golden.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and honey (if using) in the last 5 minutes of roasting.
