Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough (whole wheat or gluten-free)
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 3 cloves roasted garlic
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (for white sauce)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
- Mix Greek yogurt with roasted garlic, salt, and pepper to make the white sauce.
- Spread the white sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
- Top with shredded chicken, spinach, and mozzarella cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle oregano.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before slicing.
